Whether you fancy some light exercise or something a little more high impact, the obstacle course winds 4.5 km along the river and consists of 20 exercises for strength, agility or endurance. A complete workout is waiting for you or just take a gentle jog through the trees.
You can walk or ride the trail with your kids (all ages) as the trails are nice and flat. You can even spice up the excursion and enjoy a pony or horse ride along the way. Why not also stop off at the Adventure Park (mainly for kids) with its tree-top adventure course. This 4.5Km walk or ride can be extended by following the trail (by a few more Km’s) down to the next village - called St Jean D’Aulps - which is a nice half-way spot for lunch at a lovely pub.
