About the Chalet

Chalet Austin is as stylish an alpine retreat as they come. We designed the chalet ourselves and named it after one of our favourite British design classics: the Austin Healey motor car.

This new chalet has been custom-built as a luxury mountain retreat (and the emphasis is on ‘treat’) with its elegant interiors, Italian designer bathrooms and huge floor-to-ceiling windows show off one of the finest panoramic views in Morzine.

The Austin is a very special chalet for eight, offering four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Expect a beautiful dining room and lounge with some very unique furnishings made locally in Morzine, alongside stunning views that look out over the valley and up into the mountains of Avoriaz.

Our holidays come with more free activities than you could shake a kayak paddle at. If you reckon you can handle even more, then you can book more with us. Here's a selection of some of the best.

Why Choose Chalet Austin?

For a little more luxe

If you like a little ‘luxe’ with your active lifestyle, then Austin is a hard one to beat. With four gorgeous bedrooms and elevated views over Morzine, start with breakfast alfresco and finish with a soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure.

For the lakes

Lac Montriond is a beautiful lake nearby and ideal for wild swimming, sun bathing, kids games and activities. Our Active Team can hook you up with a free session of kayaking or paddle boarding; and you can get to the lake by foot using the lifts, (for a great day out), or by bike, or by free bus which stops outside the chalet.

For the Whitewater thrills

The Alps are famous for their Whitewater rapids and you’ll love our free session of rafting which our Active Team will organise for you. It’s a great social point of the week and you can enjoy it with your fellow chalet guests.

White Water Rafting

For the biking & walking

The Alps are famous for their biking and walking itineraries and your resort Multipass comes with a free lift pass to reach high vantage points and cover many miles of alpine terrain. We include route suggestions and trail maps so you can find the best trails easily.
