Enjoy the Facilities

We make sure all our hotels are right in the heart of the resorts and so close to the shops and bars that you can practically crawl back from town after apres-ski (we don’t recommend actually trying this of course).

All hotels have somewhere to kick off your boots and relax, too. So if you want to soothe away the after-effects of one black run too many, then enjoy a long soak in the jacuzzi and sauna. Or enjoy a few lengths in the heated indoor/outdoor pool while the rest of the family work up an appetite in the games room or hotel bar at happy hour.

We are true foodies at heart, and you can expect the very best treats for your stay. To start your day, we serve a continental breakfast with a range of hot options to set you up for a day on the mountain. On your return from the slopes you’ll love our freshly baked cakes with afternoon tea which’ll keep you going before we serve our excellent three- or five course evening meals

Our new menus for 24/25 are as deliciously fresh and nutritious as ever. Designed to match your ski appetite with a strong emphasis on health and taste being at the core of our menu design.

From the moment you arrive we’ll help with the small stuff, so you can relax…Any pre-booked lift passes will be waiting for you at reception. We’ll help you find the nearest ski hire shops, bus stops and pre-booked lessons meeting points. Our hotel managers are always on hand to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible and our reps will organise your complimentary airport transfers so you can relax knowing everything is covered.

When you’re away with the family we know how important it is to be able to relax knowing that your children can make themselves completely at home. It’s why we make sure that all our chalets and hotels give children a warm welcome, particularly in the school holidays. A hotel means there’s always something for them to do, or somewhere to be, whether that’s the games room or the pool. Here are a few of the other ways we can make sure your stay with smaller children is a good one - for all of you!

Your children can eat earlier if you want them to, with our early evening children’s tea at 5.30pm. Or they can sit down later with adults - it’s up to you. If you need them just tell us and we can make sure you have cots, sterilisers and highchairs. You can use one of our fridges for storing your baby food as well as equipment for heating formula and food.
