Diets and Catering
Vegetarian and other special diets can be accommodated so long as you don't turn up without prior warning and expect gastronomic genius! The food ordering and preparation for your week is done 4 to 5 days before your stay, therefore we do require prior warning (14 days) where possible.
There is also a limit to what is actually possible. Many alternative ingredients for those with dairy, wheat and other intolerances are not always readily available in resort, so do let us know as soon as possible, at least 14 days prior to departure.

On Arrival
On arrival, make sure you mention again to your chalet host or hotel reception about what you can and can't eat (not what you like and don't like) and they can talk through the menu for your week in person, making any last minute changes if they are able to. Please bear in mind that remember that due to the logistics of a ski resort they will have already shopped for your week and you patience and openness will help things run more smoothly.

Important Information
Due to the fact that ingredients are not always clearly evident on labels, particularly when taking into account translation discrepancies, we cannot guarantee avoiding specified ingredients. Also, due to constraints in local supply, milk is often UHT.
Food allergies: We cannot guarantee the complete avoidance of specific foodstuffs (for example nuts) and therefore cannot accept any liability in the event of an allergic reaction.
