We employ highly-motivated people with mountain air in their blood and give them the training they need to make sure you have an epic time in the mountains. Our team mostly comprises of British staff and, some of them have been with us for more than 18 years, so we reckon we know a thing or two about what makes a great ski holiday! We hand-pick our chalet hosts for their energetic and friendly natures. Then we train them extensively before each season so we can make sure they deliver cooking you’ll love whilst taking care of you and your chalet so you have a smooth and unforgettable week away.
We pick our chefs for their professionalism and suitability to our industry. They are true foodies at heart and put a lot of thought into our menus to make sure we’re keeping up with the latest food trends. We design them to keep hungry skiers happy by making sure each meal is packed with healthy, satisfying ingredients.
Our exclusive ski hotels are run by our own team of (mostly British) hotel staff, for snow-loving Brits like you. You can expect a welcome as warm as the crackling log fire in the lounge; and service as smooth as a newly-waxed pair of skis! You’ll get an experience as friendly and personal as a chalet, but with the kind of facilities you want from a bigger hotel.
Our resort and chalet managers have a big job to do and that is why they are at the top of their game. Many of our managers have been with us for years and its their expertise and professionalism that we’ve built such a dependable business around. They will maintain a very close but unobtrusive presence in your holiday to make sure everything goes as smoothly as it should.
