How to book your Ski Holiday

Book Early, (especially groups 6+)

Early bookers always get our best prices. Group discounts  and free spaces start at 8 persons and up; and we even give up to 50% off for smaller groups taking triple or quad rooms. Earlybirds can also benefit from free or discounted Lift pass offers. 

1. Get a best quote & hold an option

Call us for a quote as our best group discounts and offers aren’t always available online. You can also hold an option on a chalet before it goes elsewhere or just speak to our team for some holiday advice.

2. Book by Phone

You can call us for any kind of advice and book with us over the phone using a credit or debit card if you want to speed up the process. Simply call 08700 111360 and be ready to put a deposit down (£200pp). Once confirmed, we’ll send you a Welcome Pack with confirmation, invoices and holiday Information via email.

3. Book online

Either call us to book or look online and find the chalet or hotel of your choice. Then just follow the simple booking process or give us a call (or email sales@alpineelements.co.uk) and we’ll get you sorted!

Deposits & Payments

When you book your holiday with us, we will ask you to pay a deposit of £200pp or 25% if it is a private chalet booking. If you book a holiday within 12 weeks of departure, (but not within 21 days), you will have the choice of paying the full balance on booking, or paying just a deposit (£200pp) with the remaining balance payable on receipt of our booking confirmation, which is usually within 3 working days. 

When do I pay my balance?

Full payment for your holiday is due 12 weeks before departure. Your balance due date is highlighted on your booking confirmation and we will send you a reminder by email two weeks beforehand. Once a payment has been made, you will receive confirmation and a balance receipt by email.

How can I pay?

By Debit/Credit card

You can pay via the ‘My Holiday' portal at the top of our website using your 'A0' reference number at the top of the invoice to login and make balance payments online. 

By Bank Transfer

The best way to pay for your trip is to simply transfer your balance payments to our bank account. You may use a bank transfer for all, or part, of your balance and multiple transfer payments (from you or other party members) are allowed.

Please put the lead surname and your AO reference number (found at the top of your confirmation invoice) on the transfer so that we can identify the payment. Once we have receipt of your balance payment, we will send you confirmation.
