The ‘Hermine’, as we affectionately call it, is our flagship alpine retreat — warm, welcoming, and perfectly positioned just moments from the resort centre. Operated exclusively by us, it’s brought to life by an exceptional team who pride themselves on creating truly memorable stays (and they’re rather good at it too — recently recognised with an award for outstanding service).
In the summer, the Hermine becomes an exclusive home-from-home for mountain-loving Brits — a place to unwind, explore, and indulge a little. While you soak up the scenery (or a well-earned glass of something chilled), little adventurers can let off steam at our inclusive Active Kids Club. And for those drawn to two wheels and alpine trails, our fully equipped bike workshop and expert mechanics are always on hand to keep things running smoothly.

At the Hermine, relaxation comes naturally. Settle into the inviting lounge and bar, challenge friends to a game of pool or table tennis, or slip into the heated indoor-outdoor pool for a leisurely swim with a view.
To soothe those well-earned mountain legs, unwind in the jacuzzi hot tub or sauna. And when the fresh alpine air calls, wander across the suspension bridge into town or simply linger in our alpine garden — the perfect spot for a chilled drink, with sweeping views over Morzine from the hotel’s elevated position.

Each room opens onto a private balcony, offering sweeping alpine views - whether that’s sun-soaked vistas across Morzine from our south and west-facing rooms, or the serene beauty of the valley and surrounding peaks from those facing north.
