Your airport transfers
We offer complimentary airport transfers for most of our hotels and chalets. This leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest.

Whether it’s a premium chalet with our Alpine Plus service and a hot tub bubbling outside; or a fully equipped alpine hotel stocked with top-notch mountain bikes: all our properties offer the perfect haven for a sociable, relaxing and energising week in the Alps.
Our Active Team
Our friendly staff are all highly-motivated with mountain air in their blood! They will give you your Free Active Pack vouchers and help you plan an amazing week of adventure. Their local knowledge is invaluable and they’ll give you great itineraries and suggestions for a great day out on two wheels, or two feet.
Our Service & Catering
Our talented staff pride themselves on cooking top-notch food and giving a personalised service. Each day you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast, freshly-baked cakes for afternoon tea, before a delicious 3-course menu, (5 courses in chalets). Wine is included in chalets.
Inclusive Activities
We offer a Free Active Pack (for all guests) with a pick of some of the best activities: A free session of Whitewater rafting... a free session of paddleboarding or kayaking... a professionally guided walk… a pedestrian lift pass for the week (25 lifts)... a free excursion to ‘Cascades’ Adventure park… & a Multipass for more activities.
Free-Use Bikes
We offer free use of our Specialized bikes for all guests, all week. One thing you’ll need in the Alps is a well sorted, good quality mountain bike and we have bikes for all ages. Our in-house mechanics are always on hand to keep things rolling and give itinerary suggestions for a great day out.

Our Kids Clubs (4-12yrs) are free-and-inclusive, but limited in availability! You have four sessions included with our holidays and one Family Fun day. Sessions are free but must be pre-booked. They are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, so as an early booker you will have the first choice of availability.
