Your home for the week
Chalet Camarine has a modern and bright feel with spectacular, distant views of the mountains and ski slopes of the Roc de Fer from its sun terrace.
The Camarine is an ideal chalet for couples, groups and families to share. You’ll enjoy cosy evenings in front of a roaring log fire with board games and panoramic views from its elevated position, which provide a wonderful skiing atmosphere.
Your Alpine Elements host will provide freshly baked cakes or biscuits for apres-ski, before preparing a three course evening meal and wine for 6 nights a week.
The Camarine is an ideal chalet for couples or groups to share. You’ll enjoy cosy evenings in front of a roaring log fire with panoramic views from Camarines’ elevated position, which are hard to beat. Your Alpine Elements host will provide freshly baked cakes or biscuits for apres-ski, before preparing a three course evening meal and wine for 6 nights a week.
Camarine enjoys a great location, close to a popular apres-ski and late night bar, and even a Pizza Express if you want to ‘keep it local’ for staff night off. Walk a little further and you’ll be at the start of the bars and shops in Méribel centre. You can walk to the slopes by the tourist office in under 10 mins, but we’d recommend taking the free bus if you’re in ski boots. Afterall, it stops just outside the chalet and runs every 30 mins in peak season and will take you straight to the Chaudanne for all the main lifts, slopes and ski school meeting points in less than 5 mins.
Bedrooms... take your pick
Chalet Camarine has 5 en-suite bedrooms with beds for up to 13 guests, however we think it’s best for 10 to 12, however you can get group discounts and free spaces for filling all beds in the chalet privately, and for most weeks of the season. Camarine is laid over three levels, with an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with log fireplace and amazing views. There’s Internet TV, dvd, music dock, board games and Wi-Fi. Boot warmers are standard and a lovely sun deck with panoramic views of the ski slopes of Meribel completes the atmosphere.
