Hotel Catering

The warmest of welcomes...

We only employ highly-motivated people with mountain air in their blood and give them the training they need to make sure you’ll have a brilliant time. Don’t just take our word for it though: last year 96% of our customers rated our people as ‘excellent’.

So you can expect a welcome as warm as the crackling log blaze in the lounge and service as smooth as a newly-waxed pair of skis. You’ll get an experience as friendly and personal as a chalet, but with the kind of facilities you want from a bigger hotel.

Enjoy the facilities

We make sure all our hotels are right in the heart of the resort, and so close to the amenities that you can practically crawl back to reception from the local bars (we don’t recommend actually doing this of course!).

Most also have somewhere to kick off your boots and relax, too. So if you want to soothe away the after-effects of one black run too many, then enjoy a long soak in the jacuzzi and sauna. Or enjoy a few lengths in the pool while the rest of the family work up an appetite in the games room or mini-gym.

It's all about the food!

You can tuck in while you’re staying with us, safe in the knowledge that breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner is all included in the price. Because as we all know, an army (of holidaymakers) skis on its stomach. So a good day on the mountains starts with one very important meal. To kick off your day, we serve a daily continental breakfast (along with cooked options on most days) to set you up for all the snow you can handle.

We’ll make sure you’re well fed all week. Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the slopes. Our delicious three-course evening meals are served 6 nights a week, (not 5 nights, like most Operators) leaving you free to explore the local restaurants for staff night off.

Bring the family (the ones you like)

When you’re away with the family we know how important it is to be able to relax knowing that your  children can make themselves completely at home. It’s why we make sure that all our chalets and hotels give children a warm welcome, particularly in the school holidays. A hotel means there’s always something for them to do, or somewhere to be, whether that’s the games room or the pool. Here are a few of the other ways we can make sure your stay with smaller children is a good one - for all of you!

You children can eat earlier if you want them to, with our early evening children’s tea at 5.30pm. Or they can sit down later with adults - it’s up to you. If you need them just tell us and we can make sure you have cots, sterilisers and highchairs. You can use one of our fridges for storing your baby food as well as equipment for heating formula and food.

We offer complimentary transfers to and from Geneva airport - straight to the door of our hotels. This leaves you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport, safe in the knowledge that we’ll do the rest.
