Our catered chalets are shared or booked privately (with group free spaces) as we welcome alpine-loving Brits in summer.
After a fun-filled, action-packed day on the mountain, we don’t think that there’s anything better than to come back to your own home-from-home and the mouth-watering aroma of freshly made cake, or the promise of a delicious five-course meal ahead.
Earlybirds booking private chalets for summer ‘24 will receive free spaces! Our larger chalets offer up to 4.5 free spaces (smaller chalets 1-2 free spaces) making it cost effective for families and friends to get together and book as a group. Contact our sales team for our best offers and to see how many free beds you can get.
For 2024 all our chalet guests get a free bike upgrade, worth £79 which is essentially our ‘Reserve a Bike’ option thrown in for free. This enables chalet guests to take their bike away to their chalet and not have to pick up and drop off at hotel bike depots each day.
Bikes will help all our guests get around more easily and in the Alps, one thing you’ll certainly need is a good quality mountain bike to ride!
All of our holidays (chalets and hotels) come with a free Active Pack for each guest. It’ll include a selection of free resort activities, a pedestrian lift pass and some premium activities like Whitewater rafting, SUP/Kayak, a professionally guided walk and the Cascades Adventure Park excursion… Our Active Packs have about £350 of inclusive activities - so they’re well worth having!
In our chalets we offer an enhanced level of service which we call Alpine PLUS.You’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast each morning, cakes or biscuits for afternoon tea; and in the evenings, a delicious five-course menu accompanied by free-flowing wines until dessert, followed by coffee, choccies and port as your fifth course. Hungry yet? Thought so!
As a chalet guest, you’ll still get access to our Kids Clubs which are based at our main hotels. You’ll have to drop off (and pick up!) your little darlings each day but included with our chalets is the standard 5 days of club: 4 half day sessions and 1 Family Fun Day plus an evening Film & popcorn night.
