Tignes is linked to neighbouring Val D’Isere and dubbed the ‘Active Sports Resort’ of the Alps with the largest selection of free and inclusive sporting activities to be found. One thing is for sure…you will never be bored!

The resort is set around a beautiful lake which offers an array of water-based fun for all ages and is the starting point for many a great mountain activity. Its southern location ensures a very hot and sunny climate and the great variety of inclusive activities are perfect for everyone from adrenaline enthusiasts to active families and mums that want to relax.  

Kayaking

There’s no better way to experience our lakes than by your own little boat. Explore tranquil waterways with breath taking scenery with our easy to use and very stable ‘sit-on-top’ kayaks. They’re also free to use in many of our resorts.

Our resort lakes offer Pedalos for FREE use which are great for messing around in the sun. And for all ages. Free for Tignes and small cost for morzine and Les Gets. Val d'isere requires our 'Tignes day trip' (€20)

Acroland

Acroland has many adrenaline activities like giant water slide, acro bungee and hot jump. Make use of your FREE access to Acroland (all week) on our Active Packs for guests in Tignes. Val D'isere guests will need to pay for the 'Tignes day trip'. (from €20).

Mini Golf

The golf course at Tignes features a mini-golf course perfect for children and adults who also enjoy going through the path and learning information about the local flora and fauna.

Squash

Tignespace, the main sports centre, has 3 squash courts, and you can hire rackets and special indoor shoes with white soles there. Alternatively some of the hotels or spas have their own squash courts too.

Ping Pong

Test your reflexes in a table tennis competition on the Sports Beach at Tignes Le Lac.

Trampolining

Full size tramps' are FREE to use in Tignes & Val d'isere and a small charge in Morzine and Les Gets. It doesn't matter what age you are, Trampolining on full size tramps is a buzz! That sudden moment of weightlessness, quickly performing tricks you never thought possible…

Rock Climbing

Horse Riding

Guided pony treks offer wonderfully scenic tours of the mountains, and basic instruction where required. There is an equestrian centre in most of our alpine resorts that will offer mountain rides through stunning alpine scenery. 1 hour to 3 hour run time, beginner rides and adult hacks with instruction.
