If we have to cancel your holiday due to Covid you will always get your money back. We are a fully bonded operator with ABTA / ATOL and we’ve been operating for over 22 years.
If your destination resort requires you to quarantine or self isolate when you return back to the UK, then we will allow you to change your dates or destination for free*. If you are required to self isolate or quarantine on arrival in resort, then we will allow you to amend your dates or destination or have a full refund.
You will always get a chance to change your dates for no amendment fee or receive a full cash refund within 14 days. Read more
If you are due to go on holiday, but, within 14 days before departure you are diagnosed with COVID-19, or have symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate, send us your medical certificate and we will amend your booking for free*. You can do this between 7 and 14 days before departure. You can also amend for free if your local UK area goes into lockdown.
If we cannot operate your holiday due to Covid-19 restrictions, we guarantee a full cash refund of your holiday. Refunds are made within 7 to 14 days. Refund Guarantee
If you have symptoms of Covid, or have been asked to self-isolate, or your local area goes into lockdown - then we will amend your booking for free* between 7 and 14 days before departure.
If you contract Covid-19 before departure and are unable to travel then just send us your doctor’s note and you can amend your booking free of charge.
If there are restrictions overseas that prevents you from getting on the mountain - like the ski area being closed - then you can change your booking (for free*) or you may cancel for a full refund.
Our best early booker offers are available until mid-October. So you can reserve your week or weekend now (while flights are inexpensive), safe in the knowledge that if we are forced to cancel due to Covid, you will get your money back; and if you have to cancel - then you can make changes for free* between 7 and 14 days before departure
We have relaxed our payment terms for all reservations made during October, so you won’t have to pay your final balance until just 42 days before departure. And if you are still unsure - you can amend your dates or destination, for free*.
There will be no amendment fee to change the dates or destination of your holiday accommodation/services, catering services, ski extras (like lift pass) and transfers. If you are flying scheduled airlines (like Easyjet) an amendment fee may apply to the flight itself, in order to change your flights.
If you choose to change dates and your new holiday is a higher cost you will pay the difference, if it is a lower cost then we will refund the difference.
