We offer complimentary airport transfers to and from Geneva for most of our chalets and hotels, leaving you free to book your own flights from your favourite UK airport - knowing that we’ll take care of the rest.

Our hosts will have your chalet or hotel ready for your check-in time. We’ll welcome you with a Bubbly reception and your lift passes or ski hire packs will be waiting for you on arrival. Your bedrooms are made, a deep clean is done and afternoon tea will be served. If you want to ski on arrival day, then we’ll sort out pre-booked passes and hire as quickly as we can!
Our super friendly staff are all highly-motivated with mountain air in their blood. We give them the training they need to make sure you have a brilliant time. Don’t just take our word for it though: last year 96% of our customers rated our staff as ‘Excellent’.
Each morning you’ll enjoy our very own Breakfast of Champions, served up by your Alpine team. Freshly-cooked items like bacon and eggs to set you up for the day or mouth-watering continental options if you’d prefer, with a slap-up continental breakfast brought in on the staff’s day off.
Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the slopes, which you’ll be able to tuck into on six days of your stay. Each of our chalets has its own supply of fresh coffee on tap to help you stay suitably caffeinated throughout your holiday.
In the evenings we’ll tease your taste buds with a delicious three-course menu, accompanied by some lovely free-flowing wines until dessert. All this is served on six nights of your stay, leaving you free to explore the local restaurants on the staff's night off.
