Our fun and energetic hosts will have your chalet or hotel ready for your arrival. Your bedrooms are made, (of course!), a thorough deep clean and an afternoon tea with welcome Bubbles will be served. Lift passes will be waiting for you and a few more special touches to make your chalet extra special.

Our Catering

Each morning you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast with a mouth-watering continental selection and cooked breakfast on some days. We serve freshly baked cakes and afternoon tea before a delicious three-course menu with house wines until dessert. This is on 6 nights, so you can explore the local restaurants on staff night off. Free wine is for chalets.

Our ‘On the Snow’ Service 

Book your ski or board hire, lift passes, and lessons with us, and you’ll get great offers - plus our ‘On the Snow’ service in resort, where we’re on hand to help with your lessons, passes, and equipment.
