Why Go All-Inclusive?
One Easy to Book Package
A ski holiday is made up of many different parts, (ski extras), all of which should be booked in advance if you want to save time and hassle in resort. An all-inclusive holiday quote wraps all of the vital extras up for you in one easy-to-buy package. All-Inclusive holidays are a great idea if you don't want to worry about last-minute non-availability of key elements, (like your ski extras), or run around resort sorting lift pass and ski hire on arrival. Remember that all ski extras booked with us (via ‘All Inclusives’ or otherwise booked) are sorted out by us and fall under our 'On the Snow' programme which is designed to get you on the snow faster and with less hassle!
Because we book such a large number of flights we are able to pass any savings on to our customers. You may find comparable flights, but if you put your faith in late deal discounts you may be disappointed, with either higher prices or, worse still, no availability at all. transfers from the airport to your resort can be organised by public coach or taxi, but with transfers of one, two or more hours this may be costly. Whereas our transfers are scheduled to coincide with our flight’s arrival times, the same may not be true of other options. Hanging around an emptying airport, with a two and a half hour drive ahead is not the best way to start your holiday.
All of our accommodation is staffed by Alpine Element’s own staff, we know the resort and can give you expert advice even before you leave the UK. They can help organise everything from childcare to ski repairs, and recommend a variety of different restaurants or the best Jaegerbomb in town.
The strength of the Euro has meant that many alpine resorts appear more expensive than just a few years ago. A takeaway pizza will cost around €12, with a 25cl beer costing €2.50 while you wait. The cost of having to eat out every night can soon take a large bite out of your holiday budget. Eating with those you share your accommodation with is also a great way to make the most of skiing’s sociable side.
If you don’t take your own skis or board, and boots, then hiring is the other option. Again, we have many years experience of dealing with hire shops, and regularly re-appraise their service, stock and prices. Unless you know a resort well, it may take the time to find a hire shop you trust, with prices you like. Many of our all-inclusive packages include ski hire, and if not, there is only a small extra charge.
A lift pass is by far the biggest cost in-resort. Some will set you back over £200, with the majority around £180-£190. It is an essential part of a winter sports holiday.
For peace of mind, the all-inclusive holiday is an excellent solution. About the only items left to buy are lunch, one evening meal, ‘beer money’, and presents for those jealous friends you left back home!
