How to book and special information
To book an apartment, simply browse our apartments on this site and either book online or over the phone on 020 3949 8353 with our expert sales team.
If you take flights and transfers with us, then our transfer drivers will drop you off at your residence, either at the door or as close as they can get. If your apartment is repd’d our reps will show you to the door or you can follow a simple map to find the residence.
Apartment residences are English speaking and will check you in on arrival and ask if you have any special requirements. Do look at the individual apartment pages on this site for any special check-in instructions.
The residence reception will ask for a deposit to be payable on arrival. This is to cover against damage and breakages in the apartment and is returned at check-out. The amount of deposit payable varies according to each apartment and is detailed on your invoice.
In addition, most apartment residences will require a final cleaning fee and a payment of your Taxe Sejour which is a daily tax per person.
All apartments will expect you to leave your apartment free from rubbish, with all kitchen equipment clean: crockery, cutlery, and pans etc. You will have to leave your rubbish in the designated rubbish collection area indicated by the residence.
For some apartments the local tourist tax, the Taxe de Séjour is payable locally. This is typically between 1-3€pp/day (the exact amount is detailed on your invoice) and does not apply to children under the age of 13.
