Catered Chalets
Your chalet will come with your beds made and a host to meet and greet you on arrival, or shortly after you arrive. Your host will be available at breakfast (8am to 9.30am) and dinner (6.30pm to 9pm). They will have one full day off and two mornings off (when breakfast is made available on a ‘self-serve’ basis). On their one full day off, there is no afternoon tea or evening meal so you are free to explore the local restaurants.
Your host is there to cook and clean the chalet public areas, and they will clean your bedrooms’ ensuite bathroom one day a week (midweek). We expect our guests to help keep the chalet clean and tidy so that our hardworking staff can come and do their job, without restrictions each day.
Our service includes:
- Complimentary airport transfer (from and to Geneva) to your accommodation
- Your chalet, shared or sole occupancy, if booked privately
- Beds made for your arrival
- Chalet deep cleaned for your arrival
- Chalet public areas cleaned each day (except full day off)
- Welcome toiletries
- Bubbly reception for arrival evening
- Breakfast each day (7 days) with cooked breakfast options for 3 days
- Afternoon tea, coffee & hot chocolate with freshly baked cakes (6 days)
- 3 course dinners (6 nights)
- Wine with dinner, unlimited until dessert.
- Special celebration menus at Christmas & New Year
- Lift passes (ordered with us) delivered to your chalet for your arrival
- Our ‘On the Snow’ service (if you book ski extras through us)
Self-catered Chalet
All our chalets come catered as standard, but, you can book self-catering for a discount. Please speak to our sales team for more information on self catered prices and discounts.
Self Catered includes:
- Chalet deep cleaned and beds made for your arrival
- Pre-booked lift passes delivered to your chalet for your arrival
- Welcome pack for your arrival (basic groceries)
- One set bed linen and one towel per person
- End of week chalet clean
Discounts on Ski Extras
You’ll need a few Ski Extras for your holiday and if you can get organised early and reserve them with us then we can give you some great discounts.
We can also include you into our On the Snow programme, which helps you get on the slopes faster..
