All of our holidays come with a selection of free resort activities along with complimentary mountain or road bike hire; and even a guided walk or hike to help you experience the Alps in a sociable walking group. If you reckon you can fit even more in, then you can pay a little extra to add more activities to your holiday and our Active Team will help you do that in resort.

Our hosts will have your chalet or hotel ready for your check-in time. We’ll welcome you with a Bubbly reception and help you settle in. Afternoon cakes and tea will be served and our Active Team will visit you - to start planning a week of adventure.
Our super friendly hotel hosts and chalet staff are there to make sure you have a great week away. Our Active Team are an energetic bunch of creative individuals with mountain air in their blood! They will visit you on arrival day with your Free Active Pack vouchers and to talk about your activity requirements for the week.

Start your day the right way with a proper breakfast. Each morning you’ll enjoy a mouth-watering continental selection and cooked options on some days.
Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the mountains. Each of our chalets and hotels has its own coffee machine supplying fresh coffee on tap to help you stay suitably caffeinated throughout your holiday.
In the evenings we’ll tease your taste buds with a delicious three-course menu, accompanied by some lovely free-flowing wines until dessert. All this is served on six nights of your stay, leaving you free to explore the local restaurants on the staff's night off. Free wine is for chalets only.
