Crankworx

The Worlds Biggest Mountain Biking Event!

Amazing riding, live music, great parties

Crankworx is the worlds biggest mountain biking festival and Les Gets has been chosen as one of the 3 locations for 2016. This is huge news for Les Gets and the surrounding areas as all the top mountain bikers in the world will descend to this French village.

Sponsored by Redbull (so you know it’ll be good!), Crankworx is a freestyle and freeride mountain biking event, which includes competitions for downhill racing, duel & slalom, whip-offs and slopestyle. Along with the undoubtedly amazing riding on show, the event will host live music, new bikes will be on display, there will be demo bikes to try out and of course fantastic parties.

Les Gets is the perfect place for the festival, being the most popular bike destination in the Alps it was probably an easy decision for the event organisers. With the largest network of bike lifts in Europe, riders have access to an extensive amount of terrain. The huge selection of biking trails on offer, from beginner to advanced level, means Les Gets should definitely be on the bucket list for any mountain biker.

Come and join in on this unmissiable mountain biking event, all our accommodation offer the perfect base with breakfast and 3 course evening meals cooked for you every night!
