Our Hotels do not supply wine with the evening meal. Chalet accommodation is rated under two bands, Premium and Original. Please note that these classifications are for the accommodation only and not the type of service or catering. We only supply one standard of Original catering. All our classifications are "Alpine Elements" ratings and not necessarily to be compared with that of other companies or an “industry standard” if indeed one exists? Our Premium label may not necessarily have all the same or comparable "Premium luxury chalet components" that you might find with other companies.

Whilst the standard of service is generally the same in all our standard and luxury chalets, the style, amenities and facilities do differ, and this is reflected in the price.
