Ski Chalet Service

You can relax in our catered chalets, safe in the knowledge that you won’t have to lift a finger to help with dinner. Sink back into the sofa, soak up the last of the mountain views before the sun sets, or enjoy some hard-earned apres, safe in the knowledge that a delicious dinner is on its way.

A roaring log fire, the smell of freshly baked cakes and evenings around a dinner table with like minded skiing friends….There’s nothing to beat the feeling of coming back from a hard day’s skiing to a warm chalet, hot tub bubbling away on the veranda and aromas from the kitchen promising delicious treats ahead.

In our Chalets, You’ll Enjoy

  • Breakfast each day (7 days) with hot options on 3 days
  • Afternoon tea or coffee with freshly-baked cakes (6 days)
  • Delicious 3-course menus for 6 nights
  • Free flowing red & white wine at dinner, in all chalets.
  • Hungry kids can eat earlier at 5.30pm
  • Our Service with highly trained hosts & hotel chefs

  • Lift passes (ordered with us) delivered to your chalet for your arrival
  • Our 'On the Snow' service helps you in resort with lift passes & lessons (ordered with us)
  • Occasional speciality evenings arranged by our reps
  • Managers and reps, on hand each evening to help with your chalet or skiing needs

Relax, let us sweat the small stuff so you don't have to

Your chalet will come with your beds made and a host to meet and greet you on arrival, or shortly after you arrive. Your host will be available at breakfast (8am to 9.30am) and dinner (6.30pm to 9pm). They will have one full day off and two mornings off (when breakfast is made available on a ‘self-serve’ basis). On their one full day off, there is no afternoon tea or evening meal so you are free to explore the local restaurants.

Your host is there to cook and clean the chalet public areas. We deep clean bedrooms for your arrival and give a top-up clean one day a week (midweek) with a towel change. We expect our guests to help keep the chalet clean and tidy so that our hardworking staff can come and do their job, without restrictions each day.

Chalet Catering

It’s the detail that counts

Our staff work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our holidays run seamlessly. From the moment you first make contact to your arrival back in the UK after a great holiday, our team is there for every step of the way.

We’ll help you organise lessons and deliver pre-booked lift passes to your chalet for arrival and help you find the nearest ski hire shops, bus stops and lesson meeting points. Our reps will organise your complimentary transfers so you can enjoy your holiday. And managers will be on hand and visit you during your week to see you as often as they can to see that everything is running as it should.

Friendly Catered Chalets

Sitting down to dinner at night with the rest of the chalet is a chance to unwind over a scrumptious meal and catch up on one another’s stories from the day. Whether you’re privately booking a chalet or sharing with like minded skiers, our friendly chalet crew will make sure you all have a blast.

Our Catered Chalets

Our Super Chalet Staff

Our chalet hosts win praise galore from guests and we received 98% Excellent from guest feedback in 2023! They will always be on hand to help make your chalet feel like a second home. We hand-pick our staff for their vibrant and friendly natures and train them to help ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible.

It’s the little things that matter and we’re firm believers that nothing beats coming back from a hard day’s skiing to freshly-made cake, followed by a soak in the hot tub while watching the sun slowly sink into the mountains.

Our Staff

It's all About the Food!

We know that great food and wine are an essential ingredient to any ski holiday, so we make sure our chalet hosts and chefs really know their stuff.

We’re true foodies so we’ve enjoyed working up our brand new menus for 2024. We know how ravenous a day on the slopes makes us, so we’ll make sure we take care of your appetite with healthy and tasty food.

Our menu

Bring the family (the ones you like!)

When you’re away with the family we know how important it is to be able to relax knowing that your children can make themselves completely at home. It’s why we make sure that all our chalets and hotels give children a warm welcome, particularly in the school holidays. Here are a few of the other ways we can make sure your stay with smaller children is a good one - for all of you!

  • All our chalets and hotels welcome children
  • Ski hire and ski lessons for little-uns’ age 3-4+
  • Earlier kids meal times and simpler menus
  • Ask about our Baby-Packs: Cots, baby bedding, steam sterilisers and highchairs
  • Use our chalet-fridges for storing your baby supplies
  • And our chalet kitchens for heating baby food
