Group Ski and Board Holidays 
A cosy ski and snowboard chalet is the ideal place for friends to book as a private unit, get the best rates and from where we can tailor-make a holiday to suit your needs. Our chalets come in a variety of sizes so that most groups can be catered for in comfort. You do not have to fill an entire chalet to get a group rate, and you can pay for empty beds in order to gain sole occupancy of any chalet. (Ref insert)

Flexibility - We can tailor our catering, mountain guiding and other chalet services to suit your group needs, if you take a whole chalet on a sole occupancy basis. We can arrange theme nights and even day trips to other resorts if you so desire? (Please call us at least 2 weeks before your departure to check on service options for your week.)

Making it easy for Group leaders
We realise how difficult it can be for group leaders to administrate their groups and so we have a special Groups Manager on the team who will personally help you right from the early stages of organising your group trip. An information pack will be sent to group leaders so that he/she can distribute information easily to all members of a prospective group, making your job a whole lot easier.

Group Tips
1. Book as early as possible so that we can tailor your holiday as best we can.
2. On select dates as many as 2 group leaders can come free for 20 people.
3. Free leader places can be split up over the group to discount the "per person" rate.
4. Call our Groups Manager on 08700 111 360 for a quote.

Group Notes
A free place applies only to the basic holiday price, including flights and transfers but not on regional airport departures, accommodation supplements and any "extras" or insurance.
The party size is determined by the number of full fare paying passengers
The group must book the same departure date and holiday type, although mixed accommodation might be used subject to the property not being able to take the whole group.
All Passengers names must be supplied at time of booking
Cancellation of group members or name changes might result in added costs.
Any one group must be booked at one time. Additional members may be charged at a different rate.
Group Discounts cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts. They are also are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
