The Chalet

The Michael is an almost ski-to-door chalet, built to a high standard with pool, sauna and steam room access as part of a private health club (80 metres away) for the surrounding enclave of chalets. The internal décor is in a cosy, warm and wooden chalet-style - to create a lovely ski-atmosphere complete with ski slope views and lots of alpine charm. Expect a lovely log fire, sunny aspect balconies and a comfy lounge.

This chalet provides excellent value and very comfortable accommodation for such a premium resort and location. For skiers that want high altitude snow-sure slopes with almost ski-to-door convenience, and the added bonus of full health club then you really can do no better than the Michael!

Location

The 12 bed Chalet Michaels is just a few metres from the ski lifts in the middle of Les Arcs 2000, and just a short walk (100 metres) to the shops and bars.

An almost ski-to-door chalet with direct access to the best skiing for all levels, (including ski school), in the excellent Les Arcs 2000.

Why go Self Catering?

Self catered apartments work well for private groups of friends and family who can share the cooking or would like to eat out more. All properties come fully equipped for self catering and are completely independent units with simple cooking and entertainment facilities.

After a hard day of pitting your brain and your limbs against the mountain, the idea of cooking a family or group meal may not good for everyone, however it is a great way to save money.

The self-drive holiday option is one which lends itself to self catering apartments as the week’s shopping can be taken with you. The only local shopping need be for fresh items such as milk, bread and vegetables.

About Les Arcs

A long-term favourite amongst skiers and boarders, Les Arcs has increased further in popularity in recent years, due to the addition of the Vanoise Express cable car linking the ski area with neighbouring La Plagne to form the huge Paradiski Area.

This is now the fourth largest ski area in Europe, consisting of seventeen alpine villages and over 460 km of pisted runs, ensuring that your ski holiday can be as adventurous (or as gentle) as you want!

Book Smart and Save Money

Get 'On the Snow' Faster With Us

If you pre-book your ski extras with us then our ‘On the Snow’ service will help you get started in resort. We can save you two very precious things - money and time - if you pre-book the holy trinity of ski passes, hire and lessons early with us. After all, the mountains are too much fun to waste time queuing for lift passes or traipsing around resort looking for the best deal for ski hire.

Once you arrive with us, our ‘On the Snow’ team of reps will collect pre-booked lift passes for you and deliver them to the breakfast table on your first morning. They will also do their best to fast-track you through the ski shops and get you on the mountain as quickly and easily as they possibly can.

Ski and Board Hire

Unless you own your own skis or board, then you’re going to need to rent some. Nowadays the standard of rental skis is very good and we only work with the best suppliers.

Lift Passes

We also recommend that you pre-book your lift pass through us as well. This way we can bring your lift pass to the breakfast table on your first morning before you head out.

Ski/Board Lessons

Again, we always recommend pre-booking lessons to guarantee availability. We can book you into group lessons for all levels of skier and boarder – beginner to expert.

Price Match Promise

If you do find a better price for your skis and board hire elsewhere, (so long as it’s the same quality), then let us know and we guarantee we will not only match it, but we’ll beat it too!
