Mobile Home Capacity
Our two-bedroom homes take six people, with four in bedrooms and two on sofa beds in the lounge, but we’d recommend them for 4 or 5 max. If the number of persons exceeds the capacity of the selected accommodation, (in this case six), the Club may refuse access.

What does each Mobile Home include?
Each home is fully equipped and includes a kitchenette with dishwasher, hobs, fridge and a sink, all kitchenware and tableware as well as bedding. Bed linen and towels are not included in the basic package. Each home has its own bathroom (shower, sink, WC), outdoor furniture on the decking (table, chairs, sun loungers), a small garden and a car parking space nearby.

You may book bed linen and towels online with your original holiday reservation or on arrival at the campsite with our Reps.
You may book a Wi-Fi package for your Home which allows three users on arrival at reception.
Your Welcome Pack will include basic essentials like tea/coffee and sugar sachets, milk (long life), washing up liquid, cloths to get you started.
There is a launderette onsite with washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing boards.
Booking terms and conditions
All bookings require a deposit of £175 per person on reservation. Booking and cancellation terms follow Alpine Elements standard booking terms and conditions.
When you arrive at the campsite reception and receive the keys, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 and be given the inventory of the home. You are required to check the inventory and report any anomalies on the same day. Any dissatisfaction concerning the general condition, inventory or cleanliness of the rental must be reported to our Alpine Elements Reps or the campsite reception within 24 hours following check-in, in order to remedy it. No complaint shall be admissible after this deadline.
Rentals begin at 4 pm, and the rented premises must be vacated by 11 am.
Your home must be left in perfectly clean condition, with the inventory verified. Any breakages or damages shall be at your expense and any restoration of the premises that may prove necessary.
End-of-stay cleaning is the customer’s responsibility. If the rental has not been properly cleaned before check-out, a cleaning fee of €90 shall be retained.
When the keys are returned on check-out day, the security deposit is returned to the customer after the host has checked the inventory, cleanliness and condition of your home.
You will have to pay an individual tourist tax is levied by the club on behalf of the local authorities for each adult staying. Its amount is the amount applicable on the dates of the stay.
Activities and Active Packs:
How many FREE Active Packs do I get?
You get one Free Active Pack per person booked to a maximum of 4 persons (for a 2-bedroom Home) and 6 persons (for a 3 bedroom Home).
What’s included in an Active pack?
In each person's Active Pack you get use of a high-quality mountain bike all week, (Specialized bikes) with kids sizes available. Kids bike sizes can be limited. You also get use of our Paddleboards and Kayaks all week, plus a free session in the Adventure Park (zip wires, rope swings, tree top fun) and a chance to join our excellent guided bike rides and our many other organised activities and excursions like our Learn to Surf trip to nearby Biscarrosse beach which is paid for locally.
What’s included in an Active Pack Plus
You get all of the above plus one lesson/session of windsurfing or catamaran sailing and one session of wakeboard/waterski or ringo's.
We offer a variety of watersports activities which you can book before you depart or when you arrive at the campsite with your Alpine Elements Active Rep or Host. With the exception of our own bikes, kayaks and paddleboards, all activities are run by third party suppliers such as H20 Watersports. H20 operates from the campsite beach.
You can book activities online with your holiday reservation, over the phone with our sales team or onsite with your Alpine Elements Active Rep. Sessions and time slots will be allocated on arrival and your Active Rep will help you plan your week. There are generally few limitations and almost all requests can be accommodated.
Please note that kitesurfing lessons are in high demand and need to be booked up to one month in advance direct with H20.
You can take lessons for windsurfing, catamaran sailing, kite surfing or water skiing with the instructors from H20 Water sports. They are a third party supplier and use French instructors who speak English.
The campsite runs its own kids club for:
- Baby-Club from 3 months to 3 years old (fees apply)
- Mayou Club for ages 4 to 7
- Teens’ Club for ages 13 to 17 (only in July/August)
It is open 6 days a week (closure day is often Saturday). Open from 09:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00.
Civil liability insurance: holidaymakers must purchase insurance. Mayotte Vacances does not accept responsibility for theft, fire, bad weather, or damage due to falling branches, pine cones and incidents involving the civil liability of the holidaymaker. It is the tenant responsibility to take out insurance for civil liability, damage, cancellation, etc.
Safety and respect for others
Vehicles cannot circulate within the campsite between 12 midnight and 7 am. The speed limit is 10 km/hour throughout the establishment. Radios, televisions, etc. must not disturb neighbours under any circumstances.
Only gas barbecues may be used.
The establishment is fitted with surveillance cameras in accordance with Ministerial Order No. 2011-86 and the French Homeland Security Code (Art.L223-1 to L223-9 and L251-1 to L255-1 & Art. R251-1 to R253-4). For all information on image access rights, call the host on 05 58 78 00 00.
Pets are allowed under the conditions described in the Club Mayotte brochure and are under the responsibility of their owners. Category 1 and 2 animals, as well as dogs weighing more than 10 kilos, are not allowed within the premises of the host’s establishment. The customer must bring the animal’s up-to- date vaccination record with them. Dogs must be kept on a lead and must not be left unattended on the premises (in the accommodation, on the camping pitch or in a car). They are not allowed in the water park, swimming pools or sanitary facilities.
