WHY PRE BOOK?
1. We bring pre - booked liftpasses to the breakfast table
2. No waiting in long lift - pass queues (Can be over 1hr)
TO THE BREAKFAST TABLE
Our staff will aim to bring prebooked liftpasses to the breakfast table on your first morning between 08.30 and 09.00am. They will wait in the liftpass queue for you but please understand that delays may occur at the lift pass office, especially in busy periods.
PASSPORT PHOTOS
Please bring a passport sized photo to resort. Some ski passes do not require this however lift ticket offices can be unreliable and are known for “changing their minds”! To be safe, be sure to bring one with you and you will not have to traipse around resort on arrival looking for a photo booth!
LIFTPASS DURATION
All passes are arranged to commence the day after arrival so that you can get the standard 6 days on the mountain during any one week & 13 days for two weeks.
EXTRA HALF DAY PASSES
Should you wish to ski or ride on the day of your arrival or departure then you must arrange the extra day or half day pass separately. You can do this on arrival in resort from the local lift ticket office.
EXTRAS CONDITIONS
One Package
The only lessons, lift pass and equipment hire options that we offer are those detailed within this brochure. We offer a standardised level of service in order to simplify our administrative procedures.
ONE PRICE
For administrative purposes, we offer a set price and package for our pre-booked Extras including Ski/board Hire, Lessons & Lift-passes. If you buy direct then the supplier may have special offers or charge a cheaper rate in resort. There are no refunds in this instance. We set our rates to be the same as our supplier’s public resort rate.
Since printing our brochures, a currency surcharge has been added to account for the recent substantial, and unexpected change in exchange rates.
Cancellation - Special rules apply to the cancellation of extras such as pre-paid equipment hire, ski lessons & lift passes. Any cancellation of extras within 14 days of departure is subject to a 100% charge . Cancellation between 14 & 28 days pre-departure is subject to a 30% charge. Refunds are not available in respect of extras that are booked but not used.
Free Liftpasses
A Free Liftpass is for 6 days, and only for your principle resort, or the resort into which you were originally booked. A Free Pass will generally be a local area liftpass but can be upgraded to a full or extended area for additional cost.
