Pre book

It is highly recommended to pre-order your lift passes with us before departure from the UK. This will save you time on arrival in resort and mean that you will not have to wait in a long public lift pass queue! We can also bring them to the breakfast table for your first day on the mountain, which will ultimately get you on the snow faster! (Please pre-order at least 1-2 weeks prior to departure)

Cost

Our Liftpass prices are the same as you will find locally in resort. We do not charge extra for our pre-ordering service. See below

Coverage 

The local area passes cover the immediate ski area of Valdisere which is ample for all abilities & beginners with 0-4 weeks skiing. Approx 170 km. Full Area passes cover the total Espace Killy ski area (320 km) and is recommended for intermediates of 2-3 weeks experience and over.

Photographs

For convenience please bring a passport size photo to resort so that we can process your passes quickly and efficiently. Although lift offices sometimes state they do not require photos, this is an inconsitent fact and for reasons of efficiency we will ask all guests to bring passport photos, just in case!

How to Pre book

Simply fill in your requirement for liftpasses on the booking form when making your initial holiday booking. Alternatively you may call us on 08700 111360 and we will add it to your final holiday extras invoice. Or email your request through to info@alpineelements.co.uk stating which lessons you require and for whom, remembering to reference the  name of your group leader or your holiday reference number.

Benefits of pre-booking passes

  • No annoying lift queues (sometimes 1 hour long)
  • No dragging the family around resort
  • Brought to the breakfast table on your first day

Extra half day passes

Should you wish to ski or ride on your arrival day of your holiday then extra half day passes will have to be purchased individually and locally at the ticket offices by the ski lifts on arrival in resort.

General Terms

Please be aware that our staff are only allowed to collect liftpasses on the first day of your holiday. Please appreciate that in busy periods, there may be some delays to this service but they will endeavor to get you on the slopes as quick as possible and in most cases they will get priority over members of the public so our staff will save you time whatever the outcome. We only offer the pass options above. There may be other options available in resort.

All passes are arranged to commence the day after arrival so that you can get the standard 6 days on the mountain during any one week and 13 days for 2 weeks.

Please be aware that our prices were set in Spring 2006, and at a rate that was contracted to us. We cannot guarantee local variations or special offers that the resort may decide to put on. Please also appreciate that we only offer the liftpass options detailed in this brochure, and indeed other options may be available directly from the supplier. It is our clients’ responsibility to check this with the supplier.

The supplier may also offer more child and family options and indeed cheaper rates if you were to go to the supplier direct. Please understand that for administrative purposes, we have to operate our “One Price Fits All”, and limited options are therefore available. There will be no refunds for prepaid child or adult extras in the event that you find a cheaper or more “suitable” alternative in resort.
 
Cancellation - Please note that if you wish to cancel your pre-paid equipment hire, lessons or Liftpass then you must do so 4 weeks before departure to claim a full refund. Equipment, lessons and ski passes cancelled within 2 weeks are subject to a 100% charge. Cancellations made between 2 and 4 weeks prior to departure are subject to a 30% charge. Cancellations made over 4 weeks prior to departure are non chargeable. Refunds cannot be made for equipment, passes or lessons that are not used or partially used.
