Snowboard Meribel

Meribel is located in the heart of the huge Trois Vallees ski area, which is one of the most premium ski areas in France and encompasses the “Super Resorts” of Courchevel, Val Thorens and of course Meribel itself.

Meribel is a charming resort and certainly the prettiest of all the 3 valleys - where the après ski really buzzes and the atmosphere is intoxicating for all tastes. Our Snowboarding Holidays are run from value or premium chalets and hotels, close to the slopes and nightlife.

Snow Sure

The Three Valleys offer an almost unrivalled amount of snowboarding to suit all tastes and abilities with Glacier access and some of the most snow sure peaks in the Alps.

Snowboarding in Meribel

The Three Valleys offers excellent snowboarding with heaps of variety where skiers and boarders can cover alot of mileage in one day, without having to see the same slopes twice!  There is an extensive range of runs for all abilities and glacier access alongside our snow assurance if you are worried about snowfall, although to be fair this is one of the most snow-sure ski areas in Europe!

Freestylers will revel is the area's natural array of jumps, banks and roll overs from which to get some "air" off. These natural hits seem to adorn most of the runs downhill, thus furnishing both advanced and beginner riders with plenty of interest - even on the shallower, more gentle slopes.

Beginner snowboarding in Meribel

The resort of Meribel has a plethora of ski schools, most English run - let alone English speaking! The level of tuition is varied but on the whole very good, as the ski and board schools can identify with the Brit-pack of clients that descend on their slopes each winter.

All beginners runs and novice slopes are higher up - so that they remain with good snow cover for the whole season.

Meribel Resort

Meribel après-ski really needs no introduction, suffice to say - it rocks! Ok - yes there are some quieter venues for those easy going nights where food and wine are more important than packed bars and loud music. The variety in Meribel is very good indeed, try Barometer for a not-so-heavy dose of après-ski and then wend your way up to the village square for more lively things...

Meribel is famous for its chalet holidays so if you are looking for cheap self catered apartments -you are better off looking at Snowboarding Holidays in Tignes.
