The Chalet
Chalet Darren & Othello are 2 mini chalets next door to each other that can easily be joined to make a 10 bed chalet. There is pool and sauna access downstairs. This is a centrally located, virtual ski to door chalet with mountain and slope views.
Saver Deal:
This 10 bed chalet will take up to 14 persons. Extra persons can stay on the 4 sofa beds that are available in the two lounges, for a reduced price. If you prefer not to use sofa beds - we can request up to 2 put up beds to be put into room 1 of Chalet Darren - which is a large room.
Chalet:
We have a variety of chalet sizes in the Altitude range and they are all located in the same residence and close to each other in the high altitude ski resort of Les Arcs 2000. Each chalet-apartment has an open fire, lounge, dining room and beautiful mountain views with balconies. There is a shared health club with swimming pool and sauna within the building.
The intenal decor within the Chalet Altitude is brand new (built 2005) designed and furnished in a very charming and rustic style with an abundance of cosy wood.
Location
This ski chalet is located within 80 to 100 metres away from the slopes and ski lifts in central Arcs 2000. During high and peak season it is possible pole your way from the chalet to the lifts on your skis. The Chalet Altitude is a brand new chalet-apartment offering premium quality accommodation in the middle of one of France's most desirable and snow sure ski areas!
Although referred to as chalets, these properties are chalet-apartments within a larger residence with pool & sauna downstairs. Each chalet-apartment is totally private and individual with its' own entrance, lounge, kitchen and fireplace with balconies. The smaller 4-6 bed chalets will require a "Small Chalet Supplement" and will indeed apply if only 10 book. This will not apply if 12+ book.

Empty Beds
To gain private use of a chalet you may pay for empty beds if your group falls short of the chalets' rated capacity. E.g. a 12 person group in a 14 person chalet will pay 2 empty beds to get sole occupancy. Empty beds are charged at the standard per person rate again minus £150.
Extra Beds & Sofa Beds
You may add beds to a chalet or use sofa beds if your group exceeds the rated capacity. E.g. a group of 12 might want to take a smaller 10 person chalet. This is particularly suited if you have small children and they will get a £100 reduction p/pers.
Small Print
Multiple discounts are not necessarily allowed.
Discounts must be claimed at time of initial reservation.
Discounts are not for use with agency bookings without out prior agreement.
Reducing Group size may result in the loss of the original discount.
Quad room discounts may be down-scaled for some dates.
Child discounts apply to 1 ch p/adult. Child share is sharing parent’s room on put-up bed (0-5 yr)

Loyalty discounts are for adults & not for Dec 28, Feb 15, Apr 5 weeks.
Chalets with split occupancy ratings (e.g. 8-10 bed chalet) will mean that two of the beds (9th & 10th beds) are on "put up" or "sofa beds" and although the option is offered, we feel the chalet to be better suited to the smaller occupancy (8 persons). To this end over occupancy discounts of £100 per extra bed will be available.
ATOL Protection is £1 per passenger, as per new requirements from CAA - April 1st 2008. This will be included in your total holiday price
Since printing our brochures, a currency surcharge has been added to account for the recent substantial, and unexpected change in exchange rates.
