Deposits are £150 p/person (cheque or *c/card accepted)
Remaining balances are due 10 weeks prior to departure

Booking Procedure - in more detail

1. Decide on a holiday

We are on hand to discuss your holiday requirements and answer any questions, so please feel free to call or email us with any queries.

2. Check availability

Then once decided - you will need to call or email us to check availability of a certain Chalet or Hotel.

3. Hold an Option or make a Reservation

If your chosen chalet is available then it is advisable to hold an option before it goes elsewhere! We will hold provisional bookings (Options) for 3 working days while you gather your final group together or get a booking form and deposits sent into us. Click for Online Booking Form

4. Send in Deposits

You will need to print off the downloadable booking form (below) and send it into the address (below) with a deposit of £150 p/person by cheque or by filling in your *c/card details on the form. For bookings made within 10 weeks prior to departure, we will need 100% payment sent in immediately.

4. Or book over the phone

You can also arrange your booking with us over the phone using a c/card if you want to speed the whole process up. To do this - we will need you to call us on 08700 111 360 with all card details (incl. Security code, valid form and expiry dates) and all names of the passengers (as on passports).

Then what?

Once confrmed - we will send you a Welcome Pack with confirmation, invoices and holiday Information out in the post.

Fast-track Booking

Alternatively, you may Fast-track a Booking by calling us and checking availability and then using a credit card to book on the spot.

Booking Extras

It is always advisable to Pre-book your Extras with us in the UK prior to departure. We recommend doing this on booking or at least 8 weeks prior to departure.

To book your Extras then please either use the booking form (below) and send it into us or email us your requirements directly and we will add this to your holiday invoice

Prices

Our Basic Holiday package prices are listed on the individual "Chalet Pages"

Our Prices Include:

  • All return flights and Transfers
  • All airport taxes and duty
  • Resort taxes
  • Accommodaion and service as confirmed
  • All catering as confirmed
  • Resort Orientation and staff services
  • Mountain Program and workshops


Do not include

  • Liftpass or Learn to Ride/Ski pack
  • Equipment hire
  • Travel to UK departure airport
  • Winter sports Insurance

*Credit Cards are charged at 3%, Debit Cards are charged at 1.5%. We cannot accept anymore than 3 c/cards to any one group booking. Additional cards will be charged an extra 1% fee.
