Special Online Booking Notice:

Passenger Names
Please ensure that you fill out all passenger names on the Booking Form exactly as they are shown on passports. Failure to do so may incur a charge from the airline plus an admin fee in accordance with the airline's terms of carriage.

Check-in/out
Please note that our weekend check out times are 9.30am on the day of departure. This may be Sunday or Wednesday (for mid-week stays). This is because we have a changeover of new arrivals. We ask guests to appreciate that the excellent value of our short ski breaks is dependent on the efficient changeover of guests in our chalets. Where possible we will still provide a room and bathroom for you to change and shower after skiing.

Your Holiday Protection
If you buy an Alpine Elements Holiday with Flights your monies are fully protected. The air holidays and flights on this website are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority and in the unlikely event we encounter financial trouble, the CAA will provide a refund. If we encounter difficulties whilst you are on holiday then you will be free to continue to enjoy the rest of your holiday and fly home again with minimal hassle. Our ATOL number is 6435.
