At Alpine Elements we offer the ultimate in ski and snowboard breaks. Our shared chalets and hotels are run and staffed by us, and our likeminded guests share great days on the mountain and relaxing evenings in a warm and friendly chalet with good food and wine.
Nowadays the two sports are quite closely matched. The advancements in parabolic ski technology have made carving* the aspiration of every skier. A style of riding which was once only practised by snowboarders. From £379: Les Gets: Le Chamois
Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets were first to host the British Snowboard Championships back in the early 90's and since then the resorts have combined to provide facilities for snowboarding which are on a par with most American resorts. The Chamois in Les Gets is a perfect hotel with a broad mix of guests and a super friendly atmosphere. It is also 150m from the Mont Chery mountain which is a kind of "dedicated to snowboarders" part of the resort with snowboarder-reserved terrain.

From £399: Les Arcs: Chalet Etoille
Les Arcs is home to Regis Roland's A Boards team and a rather excellent terrain park that suits all levels of rider. The wider area is also a magnet for aspiring riders and the Off Piste is simply incredible and so easy to get to. This is a 1st class resort for boarders and suits all abilities with something for everyone, and our Chalet Etoille in the Chalet Des Neiges range is a perfect boarders chalet.

From £399: Tignes: Chalet Neve
Tignes really needs no introduction. But in case you haven't heard - the resort boasts wide open powder fields, the highest snowfall record in the Alps, year round powder (yes that's powder dumps on the Glacier in June) and a great snowboard vibe to the resort. Stay in our Chalet Neve which is 100m from the slopes and a lovely traditional ski chalet with log fires and a friendly team of staff!
