Ski Holidays with Kids

ALPINE ELEMENTS CHILDCARE

Our Kids Club is a half day or full day Childcare service for skiing kids and non skiing kids. It will come with or without lessons.

Non skiing children will enjoy activities such as painting, snow shoeing, gondola rides, snow man building and mini resort adventures.

Powder Babies (6mth-12mth)
Non Skiing Kids
• 6 mornings (08.30-12.45pm) with lunch - £225
• 5 full days  (08.30 - 17.00pm) with lunch - £375

Powder Pups (13mth-4yr)
Non Skiing Kids
• 6 mornings (08.30-12.45pm) with lunch - £195
• 6 afternoons (14.00-17.00pm) no lunch - £145
• 6 full days (08.30 - 17.00pm) with lunch - £245

Powder Hounds (4-11yr)
Skiing Kids
• 6 mornings (08.30-14.00pm) with 5 half day lessons, ski school pick up & lunch - £245
• 6 Afternoons (14.00-17.00pm) afternoon childcare only  £115
• 6 days (08.30-17.00pm) with 5 half day morning* lessons, ski school pick up, afternoon childcare & lunch - £295

Lessons are am where possible, pm may be required in peak times

For skiing kids, our childcare staff will meet parents and children at the ski school meeting point. They will ensure your child is in the proper lesson and then pick up your child after their lesson. Children will then be taken back to the chalet or creche for lunch and afternoon childcare until parents arrive to pick up their children.

Private Nanny Service
6 mths to 8 yrs
• 1 Nanny for 6 days £475. (£495 peak)
Nanny Ratios:
1 Nanny can be booked for 3 children, where all are over 2 yrs
1 Nanny can be booked for 2 children, where one or both are under 2 yrs
1 Nanny can be booked for 1 child, where child is under 12 mths
Age taken on return date of travel
Peak is Dec 24,31,Feb12,Apr1

The nanny will come and work from your chalet and bring suitable games and activities. Nanny’s will run ski school pick up/drop off, provide lunch or childcare for children after skiing or childcare all day for non skiing children. 

Resorts without Kids Club
Ski Lessons
In all our resorts we offer ski lessons for kids age 4 and up. Please see the resort pages within this brochure for prices. Parents will have to take their kids to school and pick them up again but of course we can help orientate you around resort or even drive you and your children to the ski school meeting points in resorts where we have a complimentary Landrover shutte in place. (St Anton, Meribel and Tignes Les Brevieres only)

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL
• A member of our team will be on hand at Ski School each morning to greet parents and children if required. We will also collect them from school for you, and take them for lunch or take them a packed lunch as appropriate.
• Lunch when provided is a packed lunch or sit-down lunch at chalet or creche.
• We run activities all day for kids that are not skiing. Drawing, painting, den building, mini resort adventures and so much more...
• Childcare and activities for skiing kids will then start up after their lessons have finished, and will run until 5.00pm
• Kids mealtimes and special menu each evening
• Evening child care for 3 set nights a week can be arranged in select chalets, (so parents can enjoy some apres ski!)
• Dvd and film nights
• Free T-shirt and Active Pack for all bookings.
• We understand that many parents would like to ski with their children after lunch or drop in on them during th eday which is why our childcare is quite flexible and many options are available.
