Chamonix is undisputedly the king of the Alps! An internationally renowned ski area - famous for its off piste, however an ideal resort for intermediate skiers and boarders. In fact Chamonix also has one of the best ski and board schools in France and some excellent slopes for first timers. Chamonix is a buzzing mountain town which offers a real mountain experience and will progress the skills of any snow user, at any level in double quick time!
Which chalet?
Our Hotel Bdn (short for Boule de Neiges) is our main base in Chamonix. It is a very centrally located property - just 2 mins from the slopes. It is quite rare to have a chalet so close to the pistes in Chamonix so we are very proud to have this hotel on our books. The Bdn is a characterful hotel with a bar and restaurant. Guests eat in the restaurant as part of our ski holiday packages, and they will receive a discount of up to 20% on the bar.
Those that prefer a more personal chalet experience then our 8 bed chalet Bdn is right next door to the hotel. This is a beautifully restored chalet which has ski slope views and at only 200m from the pistes - offers convenience skiing that is hard to beat! Like all our chalets (and hotels) - expect a 3 course evening menu and a hearty cooked and continental breakfast. Afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes is served at around 4 pm daily.

Chamonix is one of the most popular weekend ski detsinations in Europe. It offers a lot to do and a really unforgettable experience with plenty to do both on and off the mountain for visiting weekenders.
