Just back from a week at Chalet Jospehine with Alpine Elements. We had an awesome time. The chalet was perfect for 6 adults, 2 infants and 2 babies...! It's quite a stroll to the lifts - altho Alpine Elements laid on a Land Rover each morning and afternoon. Perhaps this could be extended throughout the day.

The food was brilliant (simply delicious) - we struck very lucky with our chalet host. And if any of you get Edward you'll be laughing - he doesn't believe in small portions!! The resort manager (Paul) was equally attentive. Well done Alpine Elements - a positive experience from start to end!

Just got back and had the most fabulous time - the staff were great - Kayleigh our hostess was a fab cook and very very accomodating and flexible about menus and times etc.
The chalet was one of the premium ones and was lovely , clean and very homely.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and wanted to post comments as I was really worried prior to going having seen some of the comments posted.

Just to let you know we have just got back from a  really good holiday in Tignes. Chalet Napoleon was excellent and the arrangements all worked like clockwork. The snow was brilliant.
Nick was a  tremendous host who worked very hard to look after us.

We have just returned from an amazing week at the Chalet Josephine. I wanted to send an email to praise Alpine Elements staff from start to finish - Rosie (who booked us), of course yourself, and in resort, our chalet host Edward was simply awesome (the food was incredible), and nothing was too much trouble for our resort manager Paul. It was a fab week - so thank you very much! We will definitely be booking with you next year.

Dear James,
Having arrived home from our holiday with Alpine Elements I wanted to send you an e-mail to say thank you.  We had fantastic snow and weather conditions in Tignes and we were well looked after by Alpine Elements (especially Hannah, James and Frasier).

I must say in the build up towards the holiday we were a little anxious as to how the holiday would pan out, but now we are really looking forward to our next holiday with Alpine Elements in Chamonix!  I wonder if there are any other rooms available at the Hotel BDN as my mother would like to join us on this holiday?  Would you be able to outline costings for her?

I  just wanted to drop a short note to thank you for making our recent holiday such an enjoyable one.
We stayed at Chalet Josephine in Brevieres from 21-28February (Woodcock) and what really set our trip apart was the quality of service we received from our Chalet host Ed. He was amazing with our children, offered plenty of excellent advice about the resort and its skiing, was an entertaining dinner companion and an accomplished cook to boot (my wife thought we should take him home!)  In addition, the Assistant Resort Manager Paul was equally helpful and friendly – hard working and always willing to lend a hand.

Everything else about our holiday was good or very good– standard of accommodation, skiing, location etc – but these two Alpine Elements staff really lifted our experience to something special.
If you have the opportunity please ensure Paul and Ed in Brevieres receive this feedback.

Hi there, I'm writing to sing the praises of Hannah Weston and her work friends, who helped make our trip to challet Josephine in Tignes one of the best ski hollidays we have had. 

Hannah went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed, and was contageously chearfull throughout our holliday.
     
Having enjoyed our week so much, our group are allready trying to raise the money to make another trip to the same place this season.
