“Good value for money”
We stayed in this chalet last week, a party of 12 people in our 20's. Katy was an excellent hostess, cooking great food, keeping the chalet very tidy and always friendly and polite.

The chalet is a converted shop with two big plate glass windows in the living room and some interesting features which makes the chalet unique and adds to its charm. The"comfy" seating in the living area is slightly limited but we could certainly fit more then six so perhaps this has been changed since the previous reviewers stay. There is plenty of room round the dining table for 12, I don't think you'd easily fit a bigger party though. Room two was quite small, but the other rooms had plenty of space and were warm and comfortable.

Yes, it is a little basic but then Alpine Elements don't claim that it is anything else, and charge a reasonable price to reflect this. The ensuite bathrooms are actually ensuite showers with a modern sink in them. There is a toilet to each floor, and I think the upstairs shower had a built in radio which was quite cool. There is another separate bath and shower on the first floor,and also a sauna off the kitchen. The ski store is in a slightly awkward place through the kitchen but so what? It's hardly a big deal!

Location is excellent, some nice restaurants in very close proximity and the walk to the Pleney lift is manageable carrying gear, and even close is the Super-Morzine lift.

If you are looking for a good budget chalet for a group that are happy to have somewhere clean and not too expensive to crash at night after a long day on the slopes then I would definitely recommend this chalet.

“Could not have wished for better service”
The accomodation was good .... the food , service , cleanliness was most excellent, better than what i regularly recieve from large hotels chains in the UK. If we asked for anything extra we got it. The splendid Katie, supported by Tom did a wonderful job. All we had to do was ski, eat and drink.

Great location for the slopes and Town.

If you are ski-ing on a budget (most of us have a budget to consider right ?) then I would recomend this chalet and management Compay 100% ..... I hope enough of us are brave enough to tell the wives we are doing it all again next year .... same company same accomodation.
