My girlfriend and I booked a holiday via the Igluski website for Chalet Emma in Meribel on the 9th Jan 2011. We enjoyed nice flight times and a smooth transfer with our rep's help, and were greeted with friendly smiles from our chalet hosts.

We were informed upon arrival that we should stagger showers due to the quantity of hot water, and that the thermostat was broken! Unfortunately, after our first day's skiing, we came back to cold showers and radiators which we couldn't turn off. We believed this to be the thermostat and water issue, so let pass and just considered ourselves unfortunate that day. Not the case. It took several days to resolve in the end.

The chalet itself is really nice and it's not that far from the Chaudanne, and the in house staff were great.
