We found the chalet Seigneurie to be basic but ideal for our needs. Its very close to the slopes, perfectly comfortable and has lovely views and a great atmosphere. The rooms are quite small but they are pleasant enough and our ensuite bathroom seemed quite newly fitted. If you are after a well priced ski chalet then i have to say this is pretty close to the mark. Like other reviewers it isnt luxury by any stretch but I don't beleive Alpine El are selling it as such? ...Are they?
We'd def go again and i'd def recommend it - so long as your not expecting 5* luxury which some reviewers seem to think it should be?!?!

Not only were the staff at the head office helpful and friendly the staff in resort were exceptional. We were met by a rep of the company at Geneva airport show directly to our coach and left within 20 mins.
Our chalet was clean and yes, perhaps our room was a tad bit small, but for goodness sakes, you are not spending your whole day there. It is a clean well-maintained chalet to eat and sleep.
On arrival, both Mike and Joe introduced themselves to us all individually and informed us about what is going on in the area and any relevant information that we might need.
You could not ask for two better guys to look after you.
The food was fantastic everyday and both Mike and Joe were more than happy to take into account any dietary needs! I have seen quite a few people moan about the breakfast, why did not you just ask for something else! They do not bite! Olli the area rep was at our chalet everyday to see how we all were and to see if we needed any help.
On the staff day off, a few of use decided to eat out in Morzine. Somehow, we managed to miss the last bus into Morzine, so we headed off to Alpine Elements hotel (Chamois) as we knew a member of staff would be there. We asked them if they knew of any taxi numbers. Rather than giving us, a taxi number the chalet host for Chamois gave us a lift and was more than happy to.

We had no problems with either transfer and only had to wait about 10 mins for the coach both times.
Whilst the chalet itself is very basic, it was clean and as mentioned before we went to ski so we were on the slopes all day.
If you are after a luxuary chalet then this is not it. The bedrooms are small and the storage is minimal. As were one party we only really slept in our bedrooms. The room off the kitchen and the one directly below were very small. However I am not aware that the people in this room were woken by noise as the chalet hosts did not arrive in the morning until after we were up (as we were going skiing!).
The two lads who were the chalet hosts did a sterling job. The food was actually really good and when we asked they were very flexible with food preparation. They popped to the boulangerie to pick up croissants for us in the morning (as cereal, bread and boiled eggs did get a bit monotonous) and prepared an early separate tea for the children. One of our party was vegetarian and her food was also great (which has been a huge problem on previous ski holidays).
The views from this chalet are outstanding and the location to the slopes is really good too.
I will admit I have stayed in far more luxurious surroundings but last year we booked with Cristal and that was 100 times worse.
