Alpine Elements greeting at the airport was extremely efficient and the transfer very smooth. On arriving at the chalet everything was impeccably clean. We were greeted by Harry our chalet host....who turned out to be a brilliant chef. Each night the food was plentiful and of an extremely high quality and good variety. The rooms were exactly as expected and all facilities were always clean with plentiful supplies. The chalet was warm and comfortable and close to a button lift. We were very impressed with Harry and Alpine Elements and would definitely book again with them.

I would like to say what a fantastic week we had in Les Arc in March. Our resort host Tom was excellent and along with our Chalet host Ross, they were very helpful, knowledgeable of the resort and ski area... They along with the other hosts made our week.

The chalet's style apartment we stayed in was lovely , it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were both friendly and helpful.
The location however is on top of the resort which does mean a walk uphill when coming from the lower slopes or walking home from the resort itself. you can get within 15metres of the chalet if you ski home on the plein sud, one small turn will bring you happily within view of the front door.
There is a pool and sauna but it is very small and gets extremely packed after the days ski so if you want to go,leave the slope a half hour early and you will have the facilities to yourself.

We stayed with Alpine Elements at the Chalet part of the Chalet Des Neiges, Arc 2000.
The Chalet is well located within Arc 2000. There is a small access Poma opposite the front door which allows access to the main ski area. Beside the Poma is a very narrow track which allows you to ski back to the Chalet.
The Chalet was catered by two staff from Alpine Elements who supplied an excellent service and plentiful food.
Bedrooms were on the small side, which seems the norm for France, living area was spacious and ample for the 12 of us who stayed there.

“Dream residence”
We have chosen this residence because of the sauna and the swimming pool. Everything was perfect, clean and fancy. The ski shop was quite OK and we didn't had to wait in order to get our skis and shoes. It's also possible to get croissants and fresh bread every morning : it's so great to rest a bit more before skiing ! So thank you very much to the waitress and the owner of this hotel : they have made the good choices.

“Comfortable and enjoyable end of season ski holiday, made so by friendly and efficient chalet host team.”
We were looking for an affordable ski holiday in France, in a catered, comfortable and conveniently located chalet. The variety, quality and quantity of cooking by our Alpine Elements chalet hosts, Henry and Harry , surpassed our expectations (I have been on my bathroom scales today!). Having an ensuite shower was a bonus but the bedroom (cramped) was not the quietest being next to the living area/kitchen. Had the weather not been as brilliant as it was, we would have struggled without any clothes drying facilities/space - not even a radiator/towel rail in our room. However we could not have been better looked after in every other respect. The resort manager, Oli, and entire Alpine Elements team (notably Ellie) in resort was outstanding in their customer care throughout our stay. The chalet was well located, very near the lift and good to have shared use of the nearby swimming pool, cross-trainer, weights and bike - the only problem finding unsupervised children clambering all over the machines.
The spectacular view from the communal balcony in the chalet would have been appreciated more if chairs had been available. In-chalet entertainment was limited to the TV handbook and an old bagged up jigsaw puzzle. Definitely recommend taking your own books, music with speakers, games and reading glasses if needed, to help with the dingy lighting in the communal sitting area.
Highly recommend nearest restaurant "Refuge" and slopeside restaurant "Chalet Les Arcs" (highest bakery in the alps) for best ever steak and local specialities.

Arrived back in the UK a few days ago after a great trip away with Alpine Elements to Les Arcs 2000.
I thought that a positive review here was very much justified. Transfers from Geneva were well organised out and inbound. Even a little van on resort to help out with baggage handling. 3.5 hours from the airport. Travelling on a Sunday was useful for two reasons. Traffic in UK/France/Switzerland is not an issue and there is no one on the slopes on a Saturday. Was great to see all the hosts unpacking and packing the coaches.
Orientation on resort was easy due to hosts friendlness and small tour to get hire equipment.
Accomodation - very good. Had a private balcony which was very much taken advantage of, especially with the Couple of little quibbles. Heat in chalet, sometimes too much. Take an extra pillow if you can. One small pillow isn't enough for me.
Food - excellent. Some great meals and good variety throughout the week. Always had plenty of food and wine. Good post piste cake too!
Staff - Our chalet hosts Henry and Harry were both brilliant. They provided helpful advice on a variety of subjects. I feel they did their best to make us comfortable and were great for a bit of friendly banter. Jo and Oli, the resort managers, provided us with everything else we needed during our stay. Really impressed with their efforts.
Les Arcs 2000 as a resort - If I was going back I would try out 1800 as it was a much busier resort; more than four times the size of Les Arcs 2000. Also that side of the mountain had the better skiing. 'The Bowl' that 1950 and 2000 are situated in contains too much flat for me.
Summary - Alpine Elements - very impressed, would travel with them again. UK and resort staff all great.

“Alpine Elements - brilliant holiday at Chalet Haute Neiges, Les Arcs 2000”
My husband and I booked a ski holiday, last minute with Alpine Elements at Chalet Haut Neiges (Des Neiges) in Les Arcs 2000. We only took up skiing 3 years ago when we retired! We had just come back from a week in Courchevel 1850 in a catered chalet, with another company which was good. After booking we read a very negative letter about this chalet and were then not looking forward to our holiday. Well it couldn't have been more different.
Accommodation comprised two bedrooms, one double, one twin, with the lounge area used to make up pull out beds. All mod cons available and in good working order, very tidy all round. Plenty blankets pillows etc, more if needed.
