Pre Book
It is highly advisable to pre-book and pay for your Ski Extras in advance if you want to save time in resort, get on the mountain faster and guarantee availability! Call 08700 111360 or email admin@alpineelements.co.uk with your order.

To the breakfast table
Our staff will aim to bring pre-booked liftpasses to the breakfast table on your first morning between 08.30 and 09.00am. They will wait in the liftpass queue for you but please understand that delays may occur at the lift pass office, especially in busy periods.
Passport photos
Please bring a passport sized photo to resort. Some ski passes do not require this however lift ticket offices can be unreliable and are known for “changing their minds”! To be safe, be sure to bring one with you and you will not have to traipse around resort on arrival looking for a photo booth!
Liftpass duration
All passes are arranged to commence the day after arrival so that you can get the standard 6 days on the mountain during any one week & 13 days for two weeks.
Extra half day passes
Should you wish to ski or ride on the day of your arrival or departure then you must arrange the extra day or half day pass separately. You can do this on arrival in resort from the local lift ticket office.
One Package, One Price
For administrative purposes, we offer a set price and simplified package for all our pre-booked Extras including Ski/Board Hire, Lessons & Liftpasses. If you buy direct in resort then the supplier may have special offers or charge a cheaper rate, there are no refunds in this instance. However we urge you to appreciate currency fluctuations when buying locally.
Cancellation - Special rules apply to the cancellation of extras such as pre-paid equipment hire, ski lessons & lift passes. Any cancellation of extras within 14 days of departure is subject to a 100% charge . Cancellation between 14 & 28 days pre-departure is subject to a 30% charge. Refunds are not available in respect of extras that are booked but not used.
Over 60's:
Are advised to buy ski passes on the transfer coach from our reps where they can get updated information on any current OAP discounts (subject to local conditions)
Children under 6 yrs
Are advised to buy ski passes on the transfer coach from our reps because they may qualify for a free pass (subject to local conditions)
Complete beginners
When prebooking passes, please appreciate that some resorts may offer free nursery slope use. Nurseries are very limited and will often only suit a novice skier for their first 1-2 days of their holiday. We cannot guarantee which resorts will offer these free facilities, only our transfer reps can advise on arrival. However we would urge guests to appreciate exchange rate fluctuations when planning to buy locally on arrival.
