Many of our Gold chalets come with Premium Service, enhanced menus, Champagne reception and many other special touches. Expect some chalets to have facilities such as Hot tub or access to pool, sauna and steam room whilst enjoying Ski to Door convenience. Our Gold chalets listed here are Premium 3 or 4* rather than "Luxury"properties.
PREMIUM PLUS
Look out for our Premium Plus chalets which are of a more superior quality and service than our Premium programme. We have selected only 4 "Plus" chalets this year, in Meribel, Val d'isere, Morzine and Ste foy.
Luxury Ski Chalets
Each of our Gold Rated chalets will provide good quality ski accommodation whilst enjoying some of the best locations in the world’s finest resorts. Our chalets come with a personal level of service from chalet hosts who will ensure that your holiday runs smoothly. All our chalets are well equipped with non-essential but key items such as personal towels and bathroom products.
Some of our Gold rated accommodation may not quite match up to our standards for Gold status, but any special facilities will earn them their Gold label. This might be for a pool, sauna and/or health club access. This will be stated on the respective chalet page.

Chalet accommodation is rated under three bands, Bronze, Silver, Gold. Please note that these classifications are for the accommodation only and not the type of service or catering. We only supply one standard of home-cooked catering. All our classifications are "Alpine Elements" ratings and not necessarily to be compared with that of other companies or an “industry standard” if indeed one exists? Our Gold label may not necessarily have the same, or comparable, "Premium Components" that you might find with other companies.
