Currency Surcharge Notification

Holidays departing Mar/Apr 
The recent decline in the Pound against the Euro (which accounts for over 70% of your holiday cost) has unfortunately increased the cost of your holiday by 7.1%. Whilst we are prepared to absorb 2% of these increased costs ourselves, we are reluctantly having to add the remaining 5.1% cost onto holidays (per T&Cs clause 2c). The pound broke a level of acceptable loss to ourselves on 14th January 2008.

Refund Guarantee
We will refund you this 5.1% if the currency does indeed move back to the level of 1.47 by the date of your departure, (1.47 was the rate at which your base holiday package was costed).

A further Guarantee
A further guarantee is that we will fix this surcharge, despite what may further happen to the pound this season.

Please understand that this is not a profit making exercise. We are trying to limit damage after having absorbed much of the additional costs ourselves. Most Tour Ops will be building this surcharge into their price. We would rather make you aware of all costs in an itemized manner and an amended invoice reflecting this is enclosed.

Despite this increase, I am sure you will have a most enjoyable and excellent value ski holiday with us.
