Courchevel Chalets
Our Courchevel chalets offer premium accommodation with Chalet Montagnettes, and value for money with the Chalet Sabot de Venus. Both are centrally located chalets, (the "Sabot" is more so), and both are in the excellent Courchevel 1650 - just a stone's throw from the slopes! All chalets are catered and nicely furnished - offering that convivial chalet atmosphere, good food and wine that go so well in front of a roaring log fire!

Courchevel
Courchevel really needs no introduction, suffice to say that its ritzy, glitzy atmosphere used to only be in reach of the well heeled skier. Enter Courchevel 1650. Here, one can find a similarly "glossy" atmosphere, pretty buildings, boutique shops - yet at half the price of 1800!
Skiing is suited to all abilities, the resort is very well facilitated and is now considered the "trendier" part of Courchevel - even pipping 1800 at the cool stakes!
Courchevel the resort
Courchevel is the ultimate French ski resort. Frequented by the stars: Michael Schumacher, David and Victoria Beckham and Richard Branson, to name just a few of those seen hitting the slopes there last winter. It is a glamorous place with champagne bars, Michelin-starred restaurants and of course lots of Chanel.
However, Courchevel is more than merely a place to see and be seen. The skiing here is fantastic, with the reds runs down from the Saulire offering some of the most exhilarating piste skiing in the Alps. The tree-lined blue and red runs down to Courchevel Les Praz offer spectacular scenery to intermediates and beginners are well catered for with the gentle green runs surrounding Courchevel 1850. We would particularly like to recommend the skiing around the village of 1650 for its wide, open and quiet blue and red pistes which you can sometimes have all to yourself. Courchevel is of course part of the huge ‘Trois Vallees’ ski area, with almost limitless possibilities on and off the piste. For skiing this resort cannot be bettered.
It is even possible to enjoy Courchevel whilst keeping the bank manager reasonably happy. The village of 1850 is fairly expensive, but 1650, 1550 (the villages are named after their altitudes) and the lowest village, Les Praz, are much more reasonably priced. Try ‘Le Bubble Bar’ or ‘Rocky’s’ in 1650 for a lively, young crowd enjoying live music and sport. To save money on food, stay in one of our fully-catered chalets and enjoyed a delicious 3-course dinner 6 nights a week. For a reasonably priced meal out, Le Caveau in 1550 offers a great family atmosphere. For lunch, Bar Le Jump in 1850 has great service and a good value menu just beside the pistes.

Our Courchevel chalets are well located for access to the shops, bars and nightlife - and the resort is perfect for all abilities of skier. Courchevel is one of those ski areas that appeals to all types and the relative inexpense of Courchevel 1650 means that it will not cost you the earth to sample truly excellent and prestigious Three Valleys Skiing at its best.
