A Comfortable Ski Chalet

Try a Catered Ski Chalet to share with others or to take on a private basis with family or friends. Shared chalets are perfect for meeting new and likeminded people whilst sharing a convivial chalet atmosphere in front of a roaring log fire with good food and wine.

2 to 4 Diamond rating system

Two Diamond is our most basic, but comfortable property with a central location, and equipped with base entertainments. A cosy home from home, perfect for families, couples, groups and friends to join - equipped with non-essential but key comforts such as a towel, toiletries, TV-dvd. All these properties serve our “Original” 3 course catering programme.
Three Diamond chalets and hotels have a higher standard and quality of accommodation, a cut above our basic chalets. They enjoy some of the best locations in resort, and may have leisure facilities such as hot tub or sauna. Some 3 Diamond chalets run our 4 course Premium catering programme, but this does not necessarily make them Premium or Luxury properties.
Four Diamond properties are Luxury Skiing Chalets and hotels - the finest ski accommodations in our price range. All properties come with 5 course Premium Plus Catering with many special extras such as luxury toiletries, bathrobes, Champagne reception, pre dinner drinks, canapés and most have leisure facilities and central or very good ski-locations.

All of our catered ski chalets provide the same home cooked menus and personal chalet service that we have been operating with great success for the past fourteen years. Our catered ski chalets simply provide nutritious, home cooked meals with two personally selected wines, and of course a few personal touches to make that holiday extra special! Your day starts with a breakfast buffet and then an afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes is always provided as you return to the chalet and before dinner. Dinner is a hearty and wholesome three courses (6 days a week). Good quality house wines are provided. See ski chalet holidays for more information.

Our hard working chalet staff deserve at least one day off a week! Breakfast will still be provided on a self serve basis, however the evening is not staffed in our chalets, leaving you free to explore the excellent local restaurants around resort. For group ski guests we can pre-book a table for your evening. To do this please ask your rep on arrival who will happily recommend some restaurants. See also Family Ski Holidays

Our Hotels do not supply wine with the evening meal. Chalet accommodation is rated under three bands, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Please note that these classifications are for the accommodation and/or facilities only and not the type of service or catering. We only supply one standard of catering. All our classifications are "Alpine Elements" ratings and not necessarily to be compared with that of other companies or an “industry standard” if indeed one exists? Our Gold label may not necessarily have all the same or comparable components that you might find with other companies.
