The Nissan Outdoor Games is now in full swing, as teams compete to capture the best stunts and extreme athleticism in the incredible scenery around Chamonix. BASE jumping, Wing Suit flying, Paragliding, Kayaking, Mountainbikeing and many other sporting extremeties will be utilised by the teams.

The final judgment will be handed down on Wednesday the 15th, when the best 5 minute adventure film, still images and best sequence will be revealed. If you’re in Chamonix, films will be shown on a giant screen in the middle of the town.

In these pictures the kayaker is Matt Cooke (normally found in North Wales’ winter white water), back again at the Outdoor Games with Team Golgoht. The filming took in underwater shots at Lake Gailland and a 200m slide, close to the Mont Blanc Tunnel.
