Original

Catered Ski ChaletsOur Original programme has been operating with great success for the past 9 years and simply provides our Mountain biking guests with nice chaletsand hearty, home cooked food with local wines, and a few extra chalet services to keep you and your bike fit for a day in the saddle!

Menu

A cooked breakfast is served in the morning (continental if you prefer), to prepare you for a day's mountain biking or activities. An afternoon tea of cakes is always provided for when you come off the mountain. The evening meal is a hearty home cooked 3 courses (6 days a week). Good quality house wines are provided during the meal.

Premium

Catered summer HolidaysAlpine Elements Premium is all about providing the best service using high end chalets for our more discerning mountain bikers, who perhaps appreciate some finer personal touches too?

Menu

Achilled champagne reception awaits you on the first evening of your holiday and again your day of activity (or relaxation) will start with a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs or a continental alternative, if you prefer. As with all chalets, our afternoon tea of cakes should keep you going until the evening meal.

We offer pre-dinner drinks (such as Kir Royale) and a selection of canapés which lead up to a 4 course meal (6 days a week) with cheese, fruit, and after dinner coffee and chocolates. A selection of personally chosen and good quality wines are provided during dinner.

Just allow our staff to run around and organise lift passes and equipment hire, while you just unwind!

Please note that our Premium classification is an Alpine Elements rating and not necessarily intended to be compared with that of other companies or an “industry standard” if indeed one exists? Our Premier label may not necessarily have all the same or comparable "Premier Service Components" that you might find in other companies.

Brie and chive tartlets on a bed of crisp green leaf, drizzled with a dill and orange dressing
Main course
Parma ham wrapped breast of chicken stuffed with tarragon butter, served with Ivory sauce, roasted pumpkin, fresh French beans And sauté potatoes.

Prime sirloin steak pan fried in a rich red wine, mushroom and onion sauce served with roasted cherry tomatoes, potato gratin, braised leeks

Honey roasted joint of gammon ham infused with cloves served with fresh parsley sauce, garlic mashed potato, Sauté courgettes and red cabbage
Vegetarian option
Zucchini al forno.
A baked courgette stuffed with brie and a course duxelle of mushrooms

Cheese board
A selection of local French cheeses served with biscuits and a glass of port
