Chalet Nyon Morzine
The Chalet Nyon is a traditional alpine chalet with hot-tub and a lovely quiet location. Situated in Morzine - the Mountain bike mecca of France - the chalet was newly renovated in 2006, and offers very comfortable accommodation for 14 people.
The chalet is shared and can be joined by solos, couples or small groups of friends. Most bedrooms are ensuite and the chalet has bike storage and a jet wash, bike stand and mechanic support is up at the Chamois.
Location
The chalet is approx 800m from the central areas of Morzine and next to the Adventure park in the forests of Morzine. Bike tracks and walking trails start less than 100 metres away for a quick ride into town and immediate access to the excellent Portes du Soleil bike trails.The Nyon lift is next door to the chalet and opens for a limited period.
Hotel Christiania (+£40)
Try an upgrade to the Hotel Christiania in Les Gets, which is a lovely 3* hotel in the centre of Les Gets.
This hotel has sauna, two hot tubs, a swimming pool and provides a lovely atmosphere for families. Garden and sunny position with beautiful mountain views in the centre of resort.

Or you may fancy an upgrade to a lovely Gold star chalet in Morzine for a more personal service and home from home comforts. Great food and wine makes for a convivial atmosphere in the evenings.

In addition to having over 1000kms of World Class bike trails, Morzine and Les Gets has a multitude of downhill mountain biking and other mountain sports and activities to keep you entertained. The resort boasts a collection of vibrant cafes, restaurants and bars for nightlife.
Morzine is located just over 1 hour from Geneva airport in the French Alps. As a popular destination fro bikers, alpiners and families - It is a very pretty mountain town with lots of cultural interest and shopping.
Activities
There is plenty to do if you fancy a day off from biking. You may just want to relax in the hot alpine sun and swim or sunbathe around the lake in Les Gets. Other activities are available, and are either free or extra cost (£3 to £35).
