Beginners

Beginner riders are more than welcome at our chalets.

We cater for all types of rider – from the beginner XC and DH riders to the more progressive riders.

The vast amount of trails on offer naturally means that there is something for everyone. The beginners even have “learner” DH courses to cut their teeth on, and all of the DH tracks on offer grade upwards in terms of difficulty so that the beginners are not too out of their depth, but the experts are suitably entertained also!

There are also more gentle XC trails which can be found on the mountain and grade in difficulty, and for which our guides will become very valuable.

Female riders

We get a lot of female riders out at our chalets. Therefore, we naturally cater for the female contingent or even the "fairer halves" of those couples that perhaps just want to take it easy on the trails and then maybe take the afternoon out to swim in mountain lakes or lounge in the sun whilst their partners take to the bike trails for the remainder of the day!

Simply Biking

Of course Mountain Biking in the alps is not only for the serious Downhillers and Cross Country riders out there. Mountain Biking in the alps can be enjoyed by everyone including families who perhaps want a more sedate ride among some of the most spectacular scenary in the world!

Perhaps a more Sedate cycle?

The Alps are a beautiful place to cycle and using the lift systems, bikers will find easy trails at altitude, or simply some good road biking. Lunch stops and trips to the lake or just pottering around resort are often all that is required for many of our guests.

Children and Biking

Each resort will offer a range of rides to suit children over the age of 14. Our guides can advise locally which rides they would deem suitable. We will ask that children under the age of 16 are accompanied by a parent or guardian if they would like to take part in our guided rides.
