Resort Managers
Resort managers play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our holidays remains consistent throughout. They play a “behind the scenes” role with coordinating resort operations and will deal with any technical issues or special needs.
Chalet and Mountain Staff
Our staff are all very experienced skiers and boarders and full of practical advice and tips with bags of enthusiasm on and off the mountain. They will assist with ski hire fitting and liftpass collection for those that pre book.
Our staff will assist beginners with their lessons and provide a firm introduction to life is a ski resort in order to make the whole experience less intimidating. Please note that French law does not allow us to actually teach or guide skiing or boarding.
Hosts and Chefs
Chalet hosts and hotel chefs are carefully chosen for their cooking experience as well as their friendly and resourceful natures. Our staff are all rigorously trained with a well established programme in ski chalet service and premium dining.
