1. Decide on a chalet and dates

Our dedicated chalet team are on hand to discuss your holiday requirements and answer any questions you may have, so please feel free to call or email us with any queries.

2. Check availability

Once decided on a chalet / apartment and date, you will need to check availability which can be done online or by phone, 0844 770 4070

3. Make a booking

The fastest way to book is online in 3 easy steps. Alternatively, you may call 0844 770 4070 and we will assist you throughout the booking process.

Payment

We can accept bookings made online via our secure server with all major credit and debit cards. Debit cards are charged at 1.5% and credit cards at 3%.

Then what?

Once confrmed - we will send you a full Welcome Pack with confirmation, invoices, baggage tags, flight tickets, (where applicable), and holiday Information.

Payments

- Deposits are £99 or £150 on initial reservation
- Remaining balances 10 weeks prior
- If a booking is made within 10 weeks,deposits are due on reservation and the remaining balance will be due on receipt of invoice (usually within 48 hrs)
